Q: How do I apply for a scholarship?
Scholarship applications are administered by select schools and the TechForce Foundation. Visit our Scholarships page for specific application links and deadlines.
Q: When will I hear back about my scholarship application?
Scholarship decisions are made by individual schools according to their timelines. Contact your school's scholarship office directly for updates on your application status.
Q: How do I RSVP for an upcoming event?
Event RSVPs are managed through individual event pages. Visit our Events page to see upcoming opportunities and registration links.
Q: Can I volunteer at Driven to Care events?
Yes! We welcome all volunteers. To sign up for opportunities, subscribe to our mailing list, and be sure to answer "yes" to the "Are you interested in volunteering?" question on the form.
Q: How do I create a named scholarship?
Named scholarships can be established with donations of $10,000 or more. Contact Lisa Weinberger at lisa@driventocare.org to discuss creating a named scholarship in honor of or in memory of someone special.
Q: Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Driven to Care operates through The Footprints Foundation of Illinois, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Q: Do you accept donations by check?
Yes. Make checks payable to "The Footprints Foundation" and mail to 420 East Ogden Ave, Hinsdale, IL 60521. Please write "Driven to Care" in the memo line.
Q: How can my company partner with Driven to Care?
We offer multiple partnership opportunities, including event hosting and workforce development programs. Email info@driventocare.org with "Partnership Inquiry" in the subject line to start a conversation.
